The chemistry of love
 Dr Sudhansu Dash
Love is always enough unto itself. When love is not ordinary not a biological instinct, it is not a part of the ego. When it is not a purpose to dominate the other, it is just a pure joy of being happy and rejoicing in the being of the other for no reason at all. An awareness will follow this pure love like a shadow following the body. Furthermore it is that one need not be worried about the awareness whether it follows or not as it is natural but to follow.
There are only two ways if love ,either  one is aware of it so that love follows as a shadow or one becomes so loving that awareness comes o its own accord. No botheration is needed because if one side is sincerely there, the other side cannot escape, It is bound to come.
There are two people who cannot love because their upbringings, their culture, their society have so killed their very capacity to love that their hearts have become stones. The fact is that this society is not running by love but cunningness under the veil. To succeed in this world one does not need love, but a heart and a sharp mind .In fact one does not need a heart at all. The whole society is managed in such a way that every child start losing the heart, and his energy starts moving directly towards the head, the heart is ignored. Even if one falls I love, one has to find reasons to have fallen in love. When one falls in love, one is just to satisfy the idiots around him that one is not a fool as it has been calculated in every way and then the step is taken.
Nobody hears the heart and the mind is chattering, so continuously chattering that even if the heart sometimes says something, but it never reaches suit cannot reach. Slowly and slowly the heart stops saying anything. Not heard again and again, ignored again and again, it falls silent.
The head runs the show I the society, otherwise, we would have lived totally in a different world-more loving, no hate, no war. The heart will ever give support to any destructive method to be evolved. The heart will ever be in service of death. It is life-it overflows for life, it always beats for life.
Because of the whole conditioning of the society, the method of awareness has to be chosen. Otherwise love is the most short cut way, the most natural-so easy that it is possible even for a small child. It needs no training, no effort because we are born with the quality of it, if it is not corrupted by others.
One will be surprised t o know that the English word ‘love ‘comes from a very ugly root in Sanskrit. It comes from ‘lobh’ means greed. And as far ordinary love is concerned, it is a kind of greed. That’s why there are people who love money, people who love houses, who loves this, who loves that. Even if their love for a man or a woman is greed; as they want to possesses everything beautiful. it is a power trip. Hence one will find lovers fighting to possess the other. Now love is a question of who has power, who is more dominant, whose voice is heard.
There is a continuous fight for domination. Love cannot exist in such circumstances. The man is fighting in this world for all kinds of ambition. The woman is fighting the man because she is afraid if her husband having affairs with other women. She is jealous, suspicious and wants to be sure that her man is in her contrail. In the house there is a fighting for domination of one upon the other. Then who is going to love? Where the flower of love would blossom?

The power of love will blossom when one has the capacity to be alone. The capacity to be alone is the capacity to love. It may look paradoxical It is an existential truth. Only those people who are capable of being alone are capable to love of sharing, of going into the deepest part of the other person without possessing the other, without being dependent upon the other, reducing the other into a thing, without being addicted to the other. They give the other an absolute freedom because they know the other wants to live as happy as they are. Here the happiness cannot be taken away by the other because it is not given by the other. Hear love is not a need, it is a luxury. They both enjoy a sharing, a pouring into the other and create a harmony. Here there is no ego, no effort to dominate. Here one is humble , trying not to be a somebody but ready to be a nobody.

The Beauty of ‘Not-Knowing’
Dr Sudhansu Dash
We all seek answer to our questions in different ways, but the fact is that there is no answer. So the search ends in futility leading to utter frustration. This is the only reason why one is suffering a spiritual dissatisfaction in mind. The existence is hopelessly merciless not to answer any question. There is not at all ‘an answer’ but there is ‘the answer ‘and the answer is not at all of the mind. That answer cannot be of the mind. Mind is a multiplicity. Mind has answers and answers but not ‘the answer’. That answer is a state of no –mind. That is not verbal. One can know it but one cannot reduce it to knowledge. One can know it but one cannot say it. It is a light that simply illuminates one’s interiority. It is not an answer to ay particular question .It is the end of all questioning. it refers to no question at all. It simply dissolves all questions and a state is left without any question. That is ‘the answer’. Unless that is known, nothing is known. Hence one may feel that one knows the answer, still questions will go on coming up and tortures. The questions are bound to arise because the root is not cut yet so new leaves will sprout.
The root is cut when one disconnects oneself from the mind. When one becomes so aware ,so watchful to see the mind as a separate entity from oneself , when all identities  with the mind are dropped , when one is a watcher of the mind, just  a pure witness, but not getting identified with anything , either good or bad, sinner or saint , this or that . in that witnessing all questions dissolves, the mind melts , evaporates ad one left as a pure being, just a pure existence. Utterly in this moment , there is no past , no future and hence no present either Unless that state arises , one will feel many times that one knows the answer , but each answer will create only new questions. One can read, one can think, but one will get more and more in  trap of the mind, more and more identified. Slip out of the mind. Hence ,there is not an answer but the answer. It is a state of utter silence; no thought .It is the state of no-mind. Hence the truth comes of its own accord. One need not go anywhere. It comes .One need not even seek and search as how can one seek and search out of ignorance? In ignorance whatever one does, will be more an ignorance. Out of ignorance wherever one goes one will go astray. Out of ignorance how ca one find clarity? Out of confusion one will be more and more confused I search of clarity. To be silent is to have the answer. To be silent is to be without question and the root is cut and no leaf will arise. When one says that one knows the answer, that is only an illusion and the mind is very clever in creating new illusions. The mind is very deceptive for it deceives one in knowledge too. It ca even make one believe that one is enlightened already. The only enemy is the mind and one is to be very much aware of it. There is no other enemy. The enemy is not somebody outside .It is one’s own mind that goes on tempting, cheating ad deceiving in creating new illusions .By watching the mind questions will disappear ,It does not mean that one knows the answer , o the contrary one has no question. One’s whole being has become the answer.
Thousands of universities exist, thousands of scriptures exist but has any given the answer? What they give are simply information that  one can get anywhere .One can be knowledgeable anywhere. Here but the purpose is but to make one unlearned what so ever one has learned, to make one innocent so that one would shift for a state of not-knowing. So that one has no answer, so that one is just like a small child mirroring reality Perception is there but not cloudy with knowledge. No dust on the mirror and one reflects which is ad out of that reflection, whatever action arises is virtue.

THE ALCHEMY OF MEDITATION
Dr Sudhansu Kumar Dash

Researchers over the past few years suggest that certain states of consciousness brought about by meditation techniques appear  to evoke specific brain power patterns. These states  are now being created  by electronic stimulation in the brain or can be learned by bio feedback techniques .The traditional meditative state of sitting silently but quietly alert is composed of bilatrral, synchronous altra‘waves&.deeper mediation has bilateral ‘theta ‘ waves. A state called lucid awareness has the bilateral synchronous ‘alfa’and ‘theta ‘waves of deep meditation and the ‘beta’ waves of normal thought process. Lucid meditation can be learned through biofeedback technique, using modern equipments. But is there any technique beyond the technological techniques?
It is a very complex question to be answered. One of the most fundamental thing about meditation is that no technique leads to meditation. All the age old so-called techniques may be there or the scientific but are the same as meditation is concerned. The fact is that meditation is not the by product of any technique. Meditation happens beyond mind as no technique can go beyond mind. There is a great misunderstanding in the scientific circle. The basis of misunderstanding is that  when a person is in a state of meditation, it creates certain waves in the mind but these waves will not create meditation and this is the misunderstanding. By creating  the waves  one can see the happenings in the mind but not the happenings inside. There are sophisticated scientific instruments to judge as to what kind of waves are there in the sleeping, dreaming and in meditation. By creating waves one cannot create the situations because these waves are only symptoms and indications. So one should not be under illusion that there is no technique to meditation; scientific or otherwise. Meditation is simply an understanding. It is not a question of sitting silently, not a question of chanting a mantra, no biofeedback at all. It is a question of understanding the subtle workings  of the mind. As one understands the workings of the mind, a great awareness arises in which one is not of the mind. The awareness arises in one’s Being. So mind is only a mechanism and when the awareness arises it is bound to create a certain energy pattern around it. Meditation is not a question of cause and effect .The waves in the mind are not the cause of meditation, on the contrary they are the effects . But from the effect one can not move towards the cause. It is  possible that by biofeedback one can create certain pattern of the mind, that can give one the feelings of peace, silence and serenity. Because one does not know what meditation is ,one may be misled by it in believing that this is meditation, but not. When the moment the biofeedback technique is  stopped the waves disappear and all silence, peace and serenity  disappear. The procedure of this technique is not going to change anything in the being and one remains the same.
Meditation transforms one to higher levels of consciousness. It changes one’s reaction into responses to such an extent that a person’s anger in the same situation shall change him into a compassionate one and loving one .Meditation is a state of being arrived through understanding. It needs intelligence, not
technique .There is no technique that can give one intelligence otherwise all the idiots would have been changed into geniuses
For centuries the so-called gurus have been cheating the humanity, but in future instead of gurus ,the guru machines will cheat humanity. Certainly in chanting the mantras cantinously, one creates energy field of a certain wave length ,but man remains the same because it is only the surface. A pebble thrown to silent water creates ripples on the surface and moves on the whole surface but waves never touch the depth of the lake. The depth is completely unaware of what is happening on the surface what are seen on the surface are quite illusory. One thinks that the ripples are moving, but the truth is that nothing are moving. Putting a small flower on the water after throwing the pebble, one can be surprised to  see  that the flower is not moving but in the same place. the waves are not moving actually but the water is going up and down on the same place creating an illusion of the movement. The depth of the lake is completely unaware of the waves . So meditation by any technique is never going to change the depth of the character.
One cannot deceive a meditator  because the meditator  can see that these patterns  appear in the mind, may be peace, silence ,tranquility or serenity. No technique can deceive the meditator because no technique can give him the understanding of the workings  of the mind.
Understanding arises by becoming a mirror, a mirror of all that goes on in the mind. A meditator has to be just a mirror and to be just a mirror means just to be aware of all the cunning ways of the mind so that the mind is put aside. The mind is no longer between the Being and Existence and the door is opened.

THE   NON-LINGUISTIC    VISION   OF   REALITY
Dr Sudhansu Kumar Dash
For about five thousand years man has been philosophizing about each and every thing: about the beginning, about the middle and end of everything but a single question has not yet been solved. Philosophy has proved itself to be most futile of efforts, still man continues ,knowing perfectly well that it never delivers anything but ever goes on promising. It is quite strange as to why does man continue with this effort.
The answer to this is that it is quite easy to philosophize, requiring no sincere involvement, as it is not a commitment. One can sit and go on thinking and does not require that one should change the thinking so as to see the reality. Philosophy escapes there where courage is needed: an adventurous courage. To know the truth, one is to move the greatest adventure there is. Who knows: one may be lost and never come back or come back utterly changed and who knows whether it will be for good or not.
The journey is unknown, so unknown that one cannot even plan it. One is to take a jump into the unknown blindfolded in a dark night, with no map, without knowing where one is going and for what one is going for in this existential quest. Even once, if one has got the taste of life, one will forget all nonsense of character, virtue, respectability etc. One can continue to live in a respectable way if one has not yet connected with life.
Life is a radical phenomenon and the taste comes instantly .Once one tastes it one is transformed. The taste transforms, but a seeing –mind is needed to taste that joy –a mind that is not burdened with all these nonsense languages of philosophies, mind which is open.
None this is the problem with the people, who are attached to philosophies, scriptures, languages or theories. The fact is that their eyes are lost behind curtains layers upon layers. All these curtains are to be removed, then one can have a seeing mind .Right now, whatsoever one has is a non-seeing mind which only pretends and believes that it sees but actually not. It is why Jesus said again and again to see it if one has eyes. He was talking to people who were not blind but why did he insist again and again? The ‘if ‘here is very important because people appear to have eyes and yet they don’t have. This appearance is very dangerous, because they go on believing that they have eyes.
Language is the greatest curtain. Has anybody looked at anything without thoughts coming in ,interfering and interpreting? Has anybody ever seen a flower without language coming in to say that it is a beautiful flower? The moment one says that it is a beautiful flower; the curtain is pulled over the eyes. Language is a judgment and with the judgment comes all prejudices. The whole past comes with the judgment, and whenever the past comes one is removed from the present. Only without a language ,one can only have a seeing mind, vision of the reality. Whenever one is sitting, moving, walking, talking ,one should try again and again to remain with the real –the uninterpreated, the unjudged  real. Slowly and slowly the door will open and a few moments shall start coming to one which are not moments of mind .They are the non-linguistic visions of reality.

THE   MIRACLE   OF   TRUST
Dr Sudhansu Kumar Dash

Trust is the most poetic experience of life. The basic   necessity for trust is that one should not be burden with beliefs and it is trust that creates miracle not beliefs. It is the source of all miracles. It is the fact that to destroy one’s trust is to destroy the man. A man is brought up in some religion or the other, may be Hindu, and may be a Christian, a Mahammedan or a Jew. All these diseases have the same quality of destroying one’s trust. Because one is brought up in one of these so called religions, one is told a number of words about them, but the fact is that those are words, told to somebody, not one’s experiences. They are false that never tally with one’s understanding, intelligence, or intuition. Still one is to believe them because everybody believes them and not to believe them creates a fear of facing many kinds of troubles in the society.
People find it easy to move with the crowd with a fear that not moving with them would make the crowd quite crude and primitive. The crowd respects people only if they are obedient to it, it its superstitions and it is also an weakness in everybody that they want to be respected. This natural instinct to be respected is therefore exploited. A natural desire to live comfortable is a life easy to be exploited. One who revolts against it , against the superstitions , one is to struggle continuously against the whole society ;with the neighbors , against the teachers, against the priests, even against the family members .One’s life would be a chaos and nobody wants to make life a chaos.
The natural longing of man not to make life chaotic is easily exploited and the best way to exploit one is by giving beliefs that always remain superficial. All beliefs are nothing empty words, and one goes on carrying those empty words the whole life these beliefs are not going to help one’s growth. On the contrary these beliefs remain empty for the whole life, deep down with a settled suspicion .The whole life with a belief and the hands are empty, the heart is empty.
Naturally one is to live in one of the so called religion –may be Hindu, Christian or Mohammedan-but absolutely superficial having no authenticity. The trick behind it is very simple .They people have substituted belief in place of trust.
Trust is something that grows in man not imposed upon .It blossoms, grows, and releases its fragrance but once one has accepted the beliefs as trust; one will never try to find its distinction. When there is the trust, one is a Buddha, not a Buddhist, a Christ but not a Christian. Beliefs make one a Buddhist or a Christian but trust makes one a Buddha or a Christ and when one can be a Buddha then why to be a Buddhist? Being a Buddhist means one is avoiding being a Buddha, avoiding enlightenment. Being a Christian means one is avoiding being a Christ because one is afraid of a crucifixition .One has got an easy way to escape by being a Buddhist or a Christian. If every teacher is honest, every parent is honest, than there will only be Buddhas , there will only be Christs , not Buddhists , not Christians.   No Buddhist can ever get enlightenment, only a Buddha can. So a single insight is needed that is to drop all the borrowed ideas, all borrowed knowledge totally not in installments but instantly. Fear will come out of emptiness but only in that emptiness the great miracle can happen.

THE   DECONSTRUCTED   CENTRE
Dr Sudhansu Kumar Dash
All human beings live with a hope of their own kind that works as the centre of their purpose of living. The hope may either be spiritual or material. There is not the third kind of hope for any human being. But the question is: where from the hopes come? The most undeniable fact is that hopes come out of the falsity of the being. All hopes are false and to hope is to be in the false. If one is authentic and real there is no need for any hope. When there is no need for any hope then one never thinks about the future about what is going to happen .There the future disappears.
When one is not real, future appears to be most significant and then one starts living in the future. The reality of one’s being therefore is not in the present .It is somewhere in the dreams one makes those dreams look real.
All the false hopes combined together is the Ego. It is not a reality as it is the collectivity of one’s dreams, one’s unrealities which are all false. The essential property of ego is that it cannot exist in the present When one looks at the phenomenon sincerely one can well observe that the ego always exists either in the past or in the future .It is never here and now. It is quite impossible for the ego to live now. Whenever one thinks one certainly thinks of either of the past or of the future. Always past is no more and future is yet to appear So both are not-only the present is and in the there is never found anything like the ego.
It is also a fact that when all hopes are dropped ,the ego is dropped and the man will feel himself dead. Dropping the hopes here does not mean that a new hope of some other kind is created and that is the difficulty. Then the question may come as to why do we live and for what? As the goal has disappeared  with the disappearance of hope  then why to move from one moment to another if there is nowhere to reach? Can we live without hope? There are so many questions coming to the surface.
It is felt that one can not live without hopes because whenever one is hoping ,he appears to be more vital, more alive, more strong but not hoping ,he appears to be more weak ,more depressed, not knowing what to do ,where to go. One feels meaninglessness coming to him. Immediately one creates  a new hope as a substitute of no-hope because one cannot live in a gap. But living without any hope is the real life and for the first time life is authentic.
The ego is false and we are a victim of this false ego. We all are living around the ego and we are seeking more and more egoistical journey .It is nothing but we want it. Somebody through wealth, some through power ,some through prestige, some through status ,some through politics ,some through religion ,some through priesthood and in number of ways. But the result is the same at the end.
All hopes for the future have constructed the ego and because it is false it needs no effort to be dropped .Just seeing the point it disappears. man running scared afraid of his own shadow one stops him and tells him his own foolishness as nobody is following him. Nobody is there except himself. It is only his own shadow. But once one starts running the shadow also runs. The faster one runs, the faster the shadow runs behind the body. Running stopped, shadow stopped .No effort to stop  the shadow is needed ,it is just to see that it is dropped.
All our pleasures and sufferings that we have are but related only to the phenomenon of ego and our whole problem to drop the ego is that we want to preserve the pleasure and to drop the sufferings. It is impossible to drop half of the shadow. Either the whole is to go or the whole clings to us. This is the problem. Whatever one does becomes futile
Dropping the ego always happens in this moment. There is no progressive or gradual process for it .It cannot be because the happening is momentary. One cannot get ready for it, prepared for it because whatever one does as a preparation will strengthen the ego. The gradual process is an effort and every gradual effort strengthens the ego. It is just like a jump discontinuous with the past and only then ego drops.
The ego is of the past ,that we have done, accumulated, all conditionings, desires and the whole past is the ego. The dropping is non gradual, sudden ,a discontinuity .The past is no more ,the future is no more and one is left alone here –now and the ego cannot exist here now. The ego is around us and we are at the centre, egoless.
The child is egoless because the child has no past. Therefore the child is beautiful and fresh. It cannot say ‘I ‘because from where he will bring that ‘I’? The ‘I’ comes gradually when he gets the so-called education ,awards, punishment, appreciation or condemnations. The ‘I’ is gathered. The beautiful child becomes old and ugly not because of old age but because of possessing the accumulated ego ,too much of the whole past. The old man can become beautiful ,even more beautiful than the child when he drops the ego.
There is even a possibility of self deception when one thinks of oneself to be humble like a child .One’s humbleness, one’s humility is just a secret hiding place for the ego and nothing else. To the so called most humble person if one says that somebody is more humble than you  he will feel hurt. So who is hurt? It is none but remaining hidden ego.
So’ what to be done ‘for this problem creates the problem. In fact there is nothing to be done. One only needs clear eyes more perspective eyes more penetrating eyes and a fresh look at the centre of the Being .The ego is dropped .It is no more .The centre of the falsity is deconstructed and the reality of the ‘Being’ appears, which is nothing but a void, a non-being.

The   authentic man

Dr Sudhansu Kumar Dash

We all generally come across two words: personality and individuality. A close watch to these two words reveals a very startling fact that personality is a false identity and individuality is that what nature has given to us. Personality is given to somebody by the society, not by nature. Ordinarily almost all live as a personality, hence the life is not authentic because an authentic man is one who has come out of his personality. Individuality is existential but personality is social. Personality is false, deceptive and hypocritical man caring personality is not only deceiving others but also deceiving himself.
‘Personality ‘has been derived from the Greek word ‘persona ‘ which means mask and the word ‘sona’means sound..In ancient Greek drama all the actors have a mask so that one cannot find out who the actor is. One can see only the mask and the voice that comes from inside the mask is the actor. The real face is not seen. While watching oneself closely one will certainly find oneself quite surprisingly that one is a borrowed being. All the thoughts are borrowed and even about feelings one may not be certain
.This personality surrounds us from everywhere and our individuality is almost a hidden thing. We never allow it to live because the society never allows it to live in freedom of its own original nature. The society wants us to live in a way it finds useful for it. Personality is safe for the society for the simple reason that it is never rebellious. This personality has become very powerful because the society supports it but there is nobody to support the individuality-which is one’s nature, one’s real power, one’s authentic being, remaining repressed in darkness and the moment one crosses the boundaries of personality , consciousness is one.
An authentic man is a rebellious spirit rebelling against his own personality. It does not know the art of compromising for whatever the cost ,as far as his freedom is concerned. It prefers to die than to be enslaved. By nit being authentic we do the last injustice to ourselves. We have made our being crippled, and go on complain about the miseries if life. the fact is that we have compromised for small comforts from the society at the cost of our original being ,our soul. We have become non-existent. This is the misery, the hell that every man is passing through. there are some vested people with vested interest who utilize and exploit the situation. These people become the leaders in assuring man to bring him an utopia into the world-a world without poverty, without suffering, without exploitation and inequality. All their slogans give man a consolation, although for thousands of years these same kinds of people give the same idea of utopia, but the utopia never comes. It may be perhaps that the very word ‘utopia’ means that what never comes.
The politicians give man the great utopian ideas, the so called religious people give man the great idea of heaven, paradise moksha etc.but if one has an authentic life one does not need these false promises of these hypocrites who have never seen what they say .Quite strange the situation is. When one is authentic in his being, one is so fulfilled that, one is so blissful that one does not need a paradise because no paradise can become in any way an improvement on it.
No utopia can make life richer .One is just to see the strategy of those cunning people who always try to keep man false and to keep man miserable. A miserable man only needs a priest, a politician, a psychoanalyst and all kinds of charlatans because he is in such a misery that he is ready to fall into anybody’s trap, whosoever gives him a hope.
Hope is the greatest business in this world .The priests have been exploiting in giving hope of the next life. The fact is that if it in next life, then why it is not in this life? The logic is that this life must have been the ‘next life ‘of the previous life. The only solution to this miserable life is to drop the false personality and to start living with individuality whatever it may cost. There is no way out.

Tantra: A direct approach to existence
Dr Sudhansu Kumar Dash
Tantra vision is one of the greatest vision ever dreamt by man .It is a religion without any priest, without any temple, without any organization. It is a religion which does not destroy the individual rather respects the individuality the most.
The vision of tantra is a direct approach to existence, reality or God, whatever we call it. It is an approach towards what is.It has no meditator,no middle man  and no priest and the moment the priest enters ,it goes corrupted. It is not a religion in the ordinary sense for the simple reason that it is an individual approach towards reality. It  is tremendously rebellious that trusts not in any organization, in any community but trusts in the individual.
Tantra trusts in the body what no other religion does. When a religion trusts in the body it creates a split between the individual and his body as a result the individual becomes the enemy of the body and starts destroying the wisdom of it. It not only believes in the body but also in the senses and their energy in total. It doesnot deny anything, but transforms everything.
Tantra is the way of intelligence, not of intellect. It does not answer any question, it does not explain anything at all; it is non explanatory. It is not a questioning, it is a quest. It is not an enquiry about the truth, it is an inquiry into the truth. It is to go beyond thinking .That’s why the love orgasm is a symbol for the ultimate reality. The reason is that only in love orgasm; one looses one’s mind for a few moments. That is the only state of no-mind available to an ordinary man, the only possibility to have a glimpse of the reality. It does not stay long but still that is the only possibility for one to have a contact with the reality. Otherwise one is always surrounded by one’s thoughts and the thoughts explain nothing .All explanations about the reality are simply nonsense. If one really wants to know what the unknown is , one has to drop out the mind and disappear into existence . That is the way of tantra.
Tantra is not a philosophy. It is absolutely existential not the existentialism of the western philosophers like Sartre, Camus or others. That existentialism is a philosophy , a philosophy of existence but not the way of tantra. The difference is quite vast. The existential philosophers of the west stumble upon anguish, depression, anxiety, hopelessness, meaninglessness, purposelessness. All these are negatives but tantra stumbles upon all that is beautiful, joyful and blissful.Tantra says ;existence is an orgasm ,an eternal orgasm and the ecstasy of the orgasm is going on for ever and forever.
To attain the vision of tantra the first thing is the body, the base where one is grounded. To be against the body is to be miserable, to be schizophrenic and to create a hell for oneself. Of course one is more than the body but that ‘more’ will come later when the body is transcended. So to transcend the body the body is needed at first. To be disrespectful to the body is to be losing contact with the reality. Tantra therefore teaches reverence to the body :a deep love respect and gratitude for the body as it is the greatest of mysteries of existence. So the first thing to learn is to respect the body and to unlearn all the nonsense that has been taught against the body, otherwise one will never turn on ,turn in and turn beyond. The body is the beginning and to be purified from all repressions, a  great catharsis is needed for the body.
The second thing that Tantra says is  that if one goes on finding new ways every day, the life will remain a thrill and it is an adventure. One will always be curious to know and be in the verge of seeking the unknown and the unfamiliar. When one will always be in the verge of seeking, one cannot become dull or bored. Learning to do things in a new way is to free oneself from the old habits as much as possible. It speaks not at all about imitation rather to be innovative and to have the signature of one on everything that one does. It brings individuality into things because to imitate is to miss the life. To be imitative is to be neurotic and the only way to be sane in the world is to be individual, to be authentically individual and to be one’s own being.
The third thing in tantra is that the body should purified of repression , the senses have to be made alive again and the mind has to drop neurotic thinking, obsessive thinking and to learn ways of silence. Whenever possible, to put the mind aside.
Now one will say that it is easy to say to put the mind aside but is it possible? To this question tantra says that let the mind be filled with thoughts but one is ti be dethatched and watch the thoughts that comes. there is no need to be worried about it-just watch. Just be the observer and by and by one will see
That silent gap has started coming. When one will be aware that the gap has started coming .one will be aware of the watcher. Now watch the watcher and the a new gap will start coming-the watcher will start disappearing. Just like the thoughts One day ,the thinker will start disappearing and then the real silence will arise. In this state both subject and object have gone and one has entered into the beyond. When these things have happened, body is purified of all repressions, senses freed from dullness, mind liberated from obsessive thinking, and a vision arises in one free from all illusions-that is the tantra vision , a direct approach to existence.

ORGASM:A GLIMPSE OF THE BEYOND
Dr Sudhansu Kumar Dash
The whole mankind is obliged to acknowledge the fact that man has remained the master for centuries making woman the slave .Woman has been auctioned, sold and sometimes has been burned alive The last inhuman act that could be done has been done to woman which constitute half of the humanity. Woman kind suffers a lot of sickness till date even in this so-called civilization and culture. This psychologically sick culture does not even acknowledge and recognize this sickness. The first step of treatment is to recognize that this so-called civilization and culture is sick-the unnaturality of relationship between man and woman.
The tremendous problem in man woman relationship is that man has the capacity for only one orgasm whereas woman has the capacity for multiple orgasms at the same time. This fact must be acknowledged at first sincerely. No problem would be there if monogamy had not been imposed upon them. It seems it is not the intention of nature because if it is not so, woman would not have been capacitated with multiple orgasms. Man knows this fact that a woman is more powerful than man in energy level it is the simple reason as to why man is afraid of woman. If man triggers one orgasm in woman, then a woman is ready at least for more than half a dozen orgasms and man is incapable of satisfying the woman. It is for this reason man always seeks a way not to give the woman even one orgasm and even to take away from her the conception that she can have the possibility of  an orgasm.
The second fact to be accepted is that the sex of man is just genital and therefore local but to the woman her sexuality is spread all over her body. It takes a longer time for the woman to be warmed up ,and before the woman gets wormed up ,the man is finished. For thousands of years, woman around the world have lived and died without knowing the greatest gift of nature that is the orgasmic joy.
Scientifically, sex should not be taken seriously because to give the woman the whole range of orgasm  some scientific vibrator can be used but the problem is that if scientific vibrator is used  it can give  as many  orgasms as  a woman is capable of, if once the woman knows it the man’s organ looks so poor that she may choose a scientific vibrator than a male partner. So in fear of it ,the simplest way man has found is to suppress the woman.
For o biological reproduction orgasm is not a necessity but for a spiritual growth, orgasm is a necessity. It is the orgasmic experiences of bliss given to mankind as a result of which man could know for the first time that there is the possibility of a boundless bliss beyond it. It is from this only the idea of meditation came in the early days and man started to search this bliss permanently through meditation. From this spark of this bliss for a very short time, man looked for something better more intense, more vital. Orgasm is nature’s indication that one is certain within oneself of a tremendous amount of bliss. One orgasm simply gives a taste of it and you go on searching for it.
Two things happen in orgasm; that is the mind seizes to be completely and for a moment it becomes a no-mind and the second thing is that the single moment of orgasmic joy is so intense and so fulfilling that it is equal to eternity. These are the two things that gives one the greatest pleasure possible naturally. It is also a simple and logical conclusion that if one can stop the chattering of the mind and mind becomes silent in its abyss everything stops –even time-and then one is free from sexuality. One need not depend on other person, man or woman and one is capable of attaining this state of meditation alone. Orgasm cannot be more than momentary, but meditation can be spread over the whole twenty-four hours. A Gautama Buddha lives every moment of his life in orgasmic joy –it has nothing to do with sex.
History shows that the maximum enlightened are men and very few women become enlightened. Among other reasons the most important reason is that they never had any taste of orgasm and prevented from spiritual growth. It is a birthright of both man and woman and one day woman shall wrest her birth right from her weaker counterpart.

NAMING : THE FIRST PSEUDO - CORRUPTION

Dr. Sudhansu Kumar Dash

As we understand, naming anything helps us to communicate our feelings to others and we identify ourselves with that feeling to give it a strength. We think we have understood it by giving a name to it. But by giving anything a name we have categorized the object of the feeling without looking at it more closely. But actually without giving anything a name we are forced to look at it and we look at it without a preoccupied mind as if we have never seen it before.
Naming is a very convenient way of disposing anything at our hand. But actually by naming something we give it a label and destroy it immediately. The corruption of nature by man starts here and then moves in a cumulative process. If we do not name anything may be a person, race, flower, feeling etc. we are certainly forced to look into it most intimately and then it is much difficult to corrupt it or kill it. So naming, the label, definitely destroys the thing than helping it to survive. One can destroy a label quite easily but without the label one is forced to consider ones uncorrupted relationship with it.
By a convenient disposal of a thing by naming means either accepting or denying, condemning or justifying, loving or hating, but all are a short of corruption to the thing in some way of the other. If condemning is corrupting the thing justifying also as the deposit is equally true.
A vital question therefore is why do we name ? Is it essential ? Where from the tendency to name anything comes from ? We think that there is a centre from which we were acting, judging and naming. That centre is nothing but memory that has enclosed innumerable impressions of the past. This centre feeds us the present and we start the naming of things. As long as this centre exists there is a preoccupation of mind and understanding the thing is impossible. It is because we felt to understand a thing as it is, we feel helpless and then this helplessness escapes him to corrupting the thing by naming it. This naming comes from the memory the centre of various experiences. So a question comes if we do not use the words can we think ? As mind is nothing but innumerable experience of pleasure and pain it is pleasure and pain that are verbalized through words. But it is sure that the experience of pleasure or pain is not the word ‘pleasure’ or ‘pain’ . So the important thing is that words are become important and not the substance and we live on words only. Because the word has become important, we fail to know what that feeling is and the reality hidden behind the label or word. As we identify with the word, we fail to proceed beyond it.
Certainly when all the labels, forms, opinions are removed, there is an emptiness. The emptiness nothing but the sense of fear of being a ‘nothing’ . We are afraid of facing it. This is the core, the centre where the word is dissolved. After the resolution, there is a transformation of the Pseudo-Being.
What happens when we look at a thing without naming it. To look at a thing without naming, without any judgment, any preoccupation and directly is quite a different relationship with the thing. When we do not name a thing, we are forced to look at it anew. When the mind does not think in terms of words, it becomes quiet. It is quite. When the mind is quiet the centre dissolves. This state is not a negation but understanding without any words or label. This is the only non-corrupt  state of the Being. Reality manifest itself with this silence of mind.

Meeting the ultimate

Dr Sudhansu Dash

When one is really honest oneself, not even doing the slightest injustice to one’s own, one can understand that an idea about truth stands as the greatest obstacle on the way to know the truth. An idea is always a borrowed one and one should not be illusioned of an idea to be one’s own. If one thinks of that the idea is one’s own, one should be sure of the fact that it is the outcome of the mind which is a bundle of ideas that a man has inherited from the other in a society. The root is false because an idea is false. Truth is that what one faces moment to moment with a un- pre-occupied mind. Even the idea about the permanency of truth is false because it is an idea. It is our interpretation about truth but truth is never open to any interpretation. An interpretation simply corrupts the thing and we fail to see what ‘is’. mind can ever see the truth and the absence if the mind is the real vision of it where there is no idea , no interpretation but only the knowing. Millions and millions of interpretation have been made on truth   it may be infinite in number but false. Truth is the presence in the absence of all falsifications whatever attractive they might be.
Truth was never said, is never said, can ever be said. All scriptures speak about truth, go on talking about and about but no scripture has yet  been capable to express it. Neither the Vedas nor the Bible nor the Quran because it is impossible in the very nature of things to express it. It is not a thing to be said but to be shown. It cannot be logically proved through language. Where language fails , silence succeeds.

Truth is the absence of a presence. It is  a thing but present as a void, a nothingness.

LUST,  LOVE  AND  PRAYER

Dr Sudhansu Kumar Dash

Man is an opening, an evolution with all possibilities that the existence has. Man is energy, dynamism, a process; a creative process with thousand and a one potentialities and alternatives open. Man, the miniature of the existence, of course a drop, but the drop has all that the ocean has. A drop of course, but a conscious drop and the consciousness is oceanic; it knows no boundaries. The man under discussion here is not the ordinary man but the ordinary man metamorphosed to the essential man.
The ordinary man is not born with a soul but he has to create it through effort. It is only a fact that every man is burn with an opportunity. It can be used, it can be wasted. So the whole thing depends upon man. One has to become a creator by oneself and the body is a possibility. The real man is yet to happen. In the real birth one has to become one’s own father, one’s own mother and this real birth is an inner birth of creativity .For that one is to move with inwards to find one’s own source of energy .It is not only to find, but change the mechanical channels of the t energy and to make conscious channels for it.
Normally energy flows down wards that is what called lust. By calling it a lust it is not condemned, not denounced .either. It is just a fact that ordinarily water flows downwards which can neither be condemned nor be denounced but water can raise upwards .just a little heat is needed to make it evaporate. The same water that always going down words, now starts going up. Just a conversion has happened, nothing more.  Lust is the same energy as love but the difference is only that of direction. Lust moves downwards but love moves upwards. All energy is the same. Energy as such is neutral. To be creative means to be conscious of the energy. The downward movement of the energy is destructive and by allowing so one is simply dissipating oneself.
Every moment we are being poured with energy by existence through air, water, food, sunlight, moonlight, and a thousand and one other subtle influences but what are we doing with that energy? Are we creating something out of it or simply wasting it? It just comes through one end and is lost through the other end. Subtle juices are created by that energy, that what sex is, the most powerful energy of the body. Lust is the lowest form of sex energy, love is the highest form.
There is a certain mechanism in man called kundabuffer ,just opposite to kundalini. The upward flow of the energy moves through kundalini and the downward flow moves through kundabuffer. This kundabuffer passage has to be destroyed, melted and destructured .It is a mechanism out of the continuous practice of many lives. A certain mechanism has arise in everybody, a channel. The moment energy is ready, it moves through this channel and one must know that, this channel is ready to take it out of one’s being. If this is the truth and nothing else is possible, then Jean-Paul Sartre is right in saying that man is a useless passion. But this is not all. The kundabuffer can be melted and once it is destroyed, another channel starts functioning. It is already there waiting for man but man has not allowed energy to flow into it. Of course, it is an arduous task because going downwards is easy but going upwards, strength, a certain will, courage, trust, many things will be needed.
The really adventurous and courageous is attracted towards this path of self transformation. This is the greatest religion of man. the more conscious one is ,the more energy starts flowing upwards on its own accord. Consciousness is the clue, the key, the master key. Lost becomes love through consciousness.
All our so called love is as unconscious as anything else. It is unconscious, therefore we use the expression ‘falling in love’, but in conscious love is a rising phenomenon. So our love is just a name for lust-a beautiful name. This beautiful word is very deceptive.
All most all of us are functioning through kundabufferThis mechanism exists just at the center of the sex. People living on this center can have two sorts of lives; one is indulgence and the other is repression-but both are the same. Ordinarily, the people, who live a life of repression are thought to be saints, but simply foolish. They are the same people with a different garb. People who live a life of  repression are as unconscious as the people who live a life of indulgence. Indulgence and repression are the two faces of the same type of person. In monasteries one will find the repressive type and in the world the indulgent type. Both are complimentary to one another. Their obsession is the same, their fixation is the same, and their neurosis is the same. In fact the stronger the kundabuffer is, the more people become repressive, because they want to control it. This control is but forces their sex desire deep into the unconscious and they continuously fight against it.
One thing should be clearly understood that when one fights with something, one can never leave it and one can never go beyond it as well. To fight with something means one is to remain on the same level of the fighting object. So the only way is to melt down the kundabuffer.
One technique, though small, is of tremendous help. When sex desire arises, there are three possibilities; one is to indulge in it that ordinary people do that everybody is doing, second; to repress it so that it is forced to go beyond the consciousness into the darkness of unconsciousness and thrown into the basement of life. But it is there. That is what the so called extraordinary people are doing-the saints , the monks , the mahatmas, But both the types of people are against nature, against the inner science of transformation. The third; when sex desire arises, one should close the eyes as it is the most valuable moment. The desire arising is the energy arising. This is the moment to be meditative in moving downwards to the sex centre where one feels the thrill, the vibration, the kick and remaining there as a silent onlooker, witnessing it not condemning it. Just to watch the fact that an energy arising near the sex center. In watching the thrill one will feel that a totally new kind of energy rising upwards and finding a path inside the body. The moment it starts rising upwards, one will feel a coolness falling on him, a silence surrounding him and beatitude all around. The more one remains aware, the higher it will move and if it can come up to the heart one will know for the first time what love is. Here one’s whole being is purified. One will feel virgin. Pure and so holy that one will feel heaven within and everywhere. Heaven is no more a theology then, it will become almost a geography. One will know exactly that God is no longer a hypothesis, not a theory but a self evident truth, not an argument, not a proof ,but a conclusion.
When the energy comes to the center of the throat, it becomes prayer. We pray but we donor know what prayer is. Prayer is the most subtle and refined form of love. If one has not moved to the heart center, one cannot go to prayer. In doing certain rituals, people assert that they say something, but just by using the throat center and saying something to god  is not prayer. Prayer is concerned with the throat center but it is not a s verbalization. It is an experience at the center, and the experience is exactly like when a child sucks at the mother’s breast for the first time. It is not to say something but to receive something.
Prayer is not something that one does with God, It is something that one allows God to do with him. It is receptive. It is not an action on one’s part, it is a passive welcome. It is difficult to receive His gift when one is possessed with one’s own ideas and plans.
A real prayer is nothing to say to God except a deep gratitude and thankfulness. It simply accepts whatsoever God is pouring.

Just Witnessing: No Sin, No Virtue

Dr.Sudhansu Dash

The state of witnessing is neither happiness nor unhappiness, neither this nor that. If one feels joy, it is that one is identified and witnessing is gone. If one feels sad also one is no more a witness. One has to become uninvolved in the either. Witnessing is transcendence beyond the two opposites the two poles. One who has defined witnessing as a joy, has fallen again in the world of dualities.
The state of witnessing remains indefinable, and when defined it is not there, It cannot even tolerate the slightest intellectual interpretation. The word that can be used with an apology for this state is “Absolute Void” but one should not conceptualize it as negative. It is not even positive. It simply means one is alone but not lonely. It is a state full of emptiness that blossoms in one’s’ Being’. It just like the state of a mirror reflecting whatever is the case. Joy passes by and the mirror reflects it, but the mirror does not become the joy itself. It never gets itself identified. Sadness comes and the mirror also reflects it not identified with sadness in the same manner. The mirror has no prejudice against it. It is neither friendly to joy nor inimical to sadness, no liking, no disliking, It simply reflects. It should not also be conceived that the mirror is neutral. Otherwise it would not reflect. It is not indifferent even because indifference means it is prejudiced and have a certain conclusion. It is neither interested nor disinterested. It is transcendence.
Witnessing is a state of just relating, not relationship. It is a fluid phenomenon. When somebody reaches this awareness .one naturally feels a great compassion. In the state of compassion , one can see people stumbling in the dark, suffering unnecessarily , creating their own nightmare their own hell and drowning in their own created hell. The common man even justifies his own ignorance but the witness cannot because it has no experience as there is no experiencer. It has only eyes.
A light is only an experience and there is no logic in it, only one needs eyes. These eyes are attained when one has gone beyond the mind, when one has become an witness of mind a higher state than psychology, when one knows that one is not his own thoughts. The energy that reflects is the energy, capable of just seeing. There one transformed to a pure seeing.
When this state comes a great compassion happens. Here no communication is possible as the vehicle of communication is nothing but words and words are but the only tricky things. When one says something to somebody and it reaches the other person, it is his own power how to interpret it. Therefore it is not a matter of communication but communion .Each piece of cloud is different from the other, but when there is no cloud at all then the whole sky is one and the same. Minds are bound to be different because it consists of thoughts and the moment one transcends the mind, there is no difference left. How could there be difference between two absolute voids as they have no boundary. So there is no witnessing in communication, it is in communion. It is the only state where there is no sin ,no virtue as it transcends all dualities. A mirror never communicates, it communes. It is not even a manner of communication, but only the commune.

IN SUPPORT OF ‘SELFISHNESS’

Dr Sudhansu Kumar Dash

The word selfishness has been condemned so much since centuries that there is every possibility of misunderstanding it , but the word is really very beautiful. To be selfish simply means to be yourself, not to consider anybody else but to consider oneself ad I that consideration, one would have considered everybody in the world. In being selfish one will find all the altruism that one has been seeking and seeking but not finding because the whole thing has been made upside down. One is told to love the other but have never loved oneself and a person who has never loved himself, how can he love others? Where from he can get love? First one has to have it.
You love the neighbor who knows nothing if love .The neighbor loves you who has never loved himself. Such insanity is happening in the whole world. People love each other knowing nothing of love. It is like beggars begging from each other, thing as if the other is an emperor. Both are thinking in the same way. One beggar has been trying to prove himself as an emperor. This is absolutely absurd .One day the truth of it would manifest itself .One day the other person will know that you are cheating him, pretending to be an emperor. When both beggars will find each other that both are beggars ,what else that they can do other than being angry ,annoyed and violent to each other, hating each other as deeply as possible? Now the love is not there. They do not know what love is.
To know some thing one must begin with oneself. One has been told to sacrifice for some idiotic ideas. Just simply be selfish in loving oneself and one will be surprised to see that when one is selfish, one discovers so many treasure within oneself. Soon one will start sharing it. Finding a treasure is lesser joy than sharing it and the treasure that opens in a man does not follow the ordinary economics and its profit or loss .It is diametrically opposite to the ordinary economic structure. In the ordinary economy if one gives something, one will have less of it and if one goes on giving, one will soon be a beggar. In ordinary economy, one snatches from the other as much as possible to get more and more but the treasure here is a different law. If one clings to them, they shrink and clinging more, one will loose it. If one wants to destroy that property, then one may close the entire doors ad become a grave, so that nothing can escape outside. But one will be a dead man with all one’s treasure dead with him. His truth, his joy , his love  all will be dead with him. If one wants to grow with one’s treasure, one is to share them all on a sundry without even a little botheration whether the other is a friend or a foe. Here only sharing is the question, not with whom who so ever he may concern. One should not eve concern about the address. One should simply go on sending the love letters without any address and somebody will one day receive it somewhere. The more one goes o sharing the more goes on entering from unknown sources.

Freedom;  A Phenomenon of the Totality

Dr Sudhansu Kumar Dash
The vicious cycle of life we face, where one thing leads to another till the cycle is completed .It makes life monotonous the heart becomes heavy where all playfulness ,charms and magnetic pulls of life are destroyed. Unwillingly one moves in the cycle as nobody wants to repeat it .None wants to live a life of repeatation,a mechanical l  life. This is the cry inside but the cry is not total because wherever there is a total  cry  there is a revolt against  repetition.
The problem is that we all want to get rid of this routine as we find it difficult. The reason behind is that we have some vested interest in that mechanical life. It is sure that the life is not hundred percent mechanical. Had it been so we must have jumped of it without asking anybody. It needs no map, no guide ,no spiritual master but all one needs is the totality. So totality is the foundation of freedom. To see something a complete boredom and to ask how to come out of it is nothing but just a stupidity .As when somebody’s house is on fire and asking others how to come out of it . It is simply to jump out of it and save one’s life. So the coming out of this fire needs no map. no question of manner as to what door one is to come out. All these manners and advises are good when the house is not in fire. But when on fire it needs no asking “how “as the simple solution is just to jump out of it.
As one look s his situation ,no body is holding nobody rather one has made certain investments that forbids one from coming out of that monotonous life that one does not like. It  appears as if it helps one to be miserable as one gets sympathy from others for his miserable life. This sympathy we understand as love but sympathy is not love not even the poorest substitute of love. It is but certain that the mind that seeks sympathy from others is sick. So it is that one Is go into the mind and search what it is that holds one to have a fixed style of life?
This” What “can not be found remaining in the same vicious cycle. One is to come out of it and the miracle is that when one jumps out  of it .all the problems have disappeared. So being in the mind  is the problem and to get beyond the mind is the solution. The western psychology has tried to solve this problem inside the mind because it has not understood that mind itself is the problem.
The solution to the problem cannot be found by asking question to the mind as the answer that mind gives is intellectual but the problem is existential. A discourse  on water cannot quench the thirst of a thirsty man. Water is needed as the problem  is existential and the existential problem can only be solved  by the existential method .A  question less  space is wanted which is beyond mind where all questions disappear answers have no purpose. When the question is gone , the answer is gone. There comes a freedom that surpasses all understanding. The question answer partition of mind  is transcended and a total question less state appears where lies the crux of freedom.

Freedom from the Self

Dr Sudhansu Kumar Dash

What ‘Self’ is a very important thing inviting discussion before searching a freedom from the ‘Self’. Our so called self is nothing but the memory ,conclusions, experience of various forms of the namable or the unnamable intentions, a consciousness to be or not to be ,the accumulated memory of the unconscious ,or the conscious may be racial, group or individual ,the whole of which is projected outwardly or projected spiritually as a virtue. The stirring after all these is the ‘self ‘We also know the extraordinary moments when the ‘self’ is not there, in which there is no sense of effort. It is therefore important to know how experience strengthens the ‘self’. If one wants to know it earnestly, one can understand the process of experience.
By experience we mean the impressions in mind in course of our action in time and we translate those impressions and act and react according to them. We become calculative, cunning and so on. No doubt ,there is a constant interplay between what we see objectively and our reactions to it, or interplay between the conscious memory and unconscious memory.
We react to whatever we see, feel, know ,believe and experience .A reaction and a response to whatever seen or felt is therefore experience. The naming of a reaction is experience and if we do not name the reaction ,then it is not an experience. After the experience there is a projection of various desires ,the desire to be protected ,to be secured, to have a silence of mind ,to seek the truth and so on. Any experience always strengthens the’ self ‘,the ‘me’. The more one is entrenched in the experience, the more does the ‘me’ gets strengthened. As a result we get a certain strength of character, knowledge, belief  which we display to other people because we know that they are not as claver as we are. What will happen if one is serious to dissolve this centre completely and not justify it?
The vital question is: Is it possible to do so, for the mind not to project, not to desire, not to experience? Actually all experience of the ‘self’ are negative, a destruction but we call them positive actions. When one earnestly  goes to the root to  understand the process one will see that it is negative .Then what can bring the dissolution of this ‘self’? All so-called religious groups have offered a solution that is an identification ,may be identification of the self with the so-called largest entity and the ‘self’ will disappear. But still any identification is the process of the ‘self’, the ;me’ and strengthens the ‘self’ further. Even one says that one can dissolve the ‘self’, but in that there is also an experiencing of the ‘self’. Our whole effort is to be free from all experiences When experience is not there ‘self’ is not there.
Is there any entity apart from the self and looking at the self to dissolve it? We think there is .The so called religious people say that there is such an element and getting in touch with it ,the self is dissolved. The materialists say that it is impossible to dissolve the self .It can only be conditioned. Is there such a thing that the mind can conceive of which can dissolve the ‘self ‘whom we call God or anything else? There may be God or may not be. That is not the point but the fact is that when the mind seeks a timeless state which will go into action in order to destroy thr ‘self’, is that not another form of experience which is again strengthening the ‘self’? Certainly we do not destroy the ‘self ‘but give another name to it, a different quality to it and the ‘self is still there because we have experienced it. Thus our action from beginning to the end is the same action. Only we think it to be evolving growing, becoming more and more beautiful, but if one observes it inwardly, one could see it to be the same action going on the same ‘self’ functioning at different levels with different labels ,with different names. The whole process is a cunning one where the ‘self’ comes itself with different identifications through virtue, through experience through beliefs knowledge and all  in a circle, in a cage if its own making.
When we are aware of the whole process ,the whole cunningness of the mind ,fully cognizant of it ,not through compulsion, not through any reward, not through any fear, not through any ideology then one can see that the mind is utterly still and has no power of creating. When the mind is non-creating, there is creation which is not a recognizable process.
Reality and Truth are not to be recognized but for truth and reality to come, all beliefs, knowledge, experiencing all pursuit of virtue must go. Even a virtuous person who is conscious of perusing virtue can never find reality. One may be a decent person ,but not a man of truth. So no belief, no experience no belief is the freedom from the ‘self’.
